The ZF DriveCentre Network

The only place you can receive official ZF support

At ZF Great Britain service is very important. From answering queries to remanufacturing whole gearboxes we ensure that we offer a first class service everytime.

In order to serve our Aftermarket end user customers we operate through a DriveCentre network. This network consists of 3 specially selected companies who are able to meet the strict quality demands of ZF Great Britain, whilst providing first class customer support at an acceptable price.

The ZF DriveCentres

The ZF DriveCentres are your first port of call for any ZF service related query concerning Truck, Bus, Coach and Off Highway transmissions. This includes:

• GENUINE ZF parts
• Mobile field service
• Mobile field support
• Diagnostics
• Service Exchange units
• Unit repairs and remanufacture to the "as new" ZF standard

Nationwide Coverage

For your convenience we divide the country into areas and allocate each of these areas to a DriveCentre. Each DriveCentre is required to have a fixed location from which to operate as well as a number of Mobile Service personnel across the teritories. The territory split is as follows:

Ecodrive Scotland : responsible for the whole of Scotland including the highlands and Islands.

Ecodrive Manchester : responsible for the North of England, North West and North Wales, down to a line that runs from the Wash in the East to Gwynedd in the West.

Powertrain Products : responsible for the South of England south of the line running from the Wash in the East to Gwynedd in the West, including all of the London area, the South West of England and the Midlands.

Adtec Aerauto : responsible for the support in the whole of Ireland (both Northern and Southern).

The approximate division of territories can be seen on the map below. Please note that the splits across the country are there to indicate territory divison, not actual geographical features!
