The ZF Ergomat GK range of gearboxes utilise ZF patented hypoid bevel gear drives allowing higher torque than ever before in the smallest envelope radius. This is therefore ideally suited to todays AC technology systems. The unique manufacturing process utilises gear grinding techniques after hardening, which produces superior gear meshing in turn leading to smoother take up of torque and consistently quieter operation.

These features combined with life time lubrication and worldwide service support ensure that the ZF GK range will give years of quiet, efficient and cost effective operation.

The ZF Ergomat GK series of Helical Bevel Gear Drives are capable of handling wheel loads of up to 4,200 Kg and are present in Class 2 and Class 3 warehouse vehicles. The table below indicates the products available and the capacities of each drive unit.
