ZF Materials Handling is the responsible UK agent for ZF Gotha electric drive wheel units. Both new and service exchange units can be supplied with or without brakes and electric motors. We can offer a full range of bevel gear, spur gear and planetary gear electric wheel drives, suitable for Class 1, Class 2 and Class 3 forklifts, and all other electric drive Materials Handling vehicles that utilises DC and AC technology.

All gearboxes are designed and produced by the Driveline and Chassis technology specialist ZF AG at their brand new facility, ZF Gotha. At ZF Gotha, almost 90 years of ZF gear technology has been married together with forklift driveline expertise and experience, in order to develop a complete driveline solution that offers unsurpassable ease of use, low noise emission and economical operation.
Designed and manufactured in Germany, the gearsets are precision ground after production, using patented processes and technology, to ensure consistently high quality end-products, which are used universally across the entire ZF product range.
